I Fell on 5th Ave
Ok, so it wasn't actually 5th Ave. It was more like the corner of 16th and 5th. But saying 5th Ave makes the story so much cooler. Regardless, thank god I don't get embarrassed easily because this was quite the tumble. My expensive jeans got torn. My knee bled. And I almost landed in a gross puddle of straight up sewer water. Luckily, I was not alone. Because there is nothing worse than embarrassing yourself and having no one there to laugh with you.

muahahahahahahaha! i was saying to kristina and jonathon on the way home that the fact that your foot got caught and you toppled over and then i look over and your collapsed laughing is why i love you so much!

ah man! that stinks. I don't get embarresed by much either. I've been a clutz all my life so I've learned to laugh it off ;) sucks about your jeans and bloody knee though. Hopefully that didn't put a damper on your day in the city!

Okay...totally weird! This happened to me on the last day of my vacation...ripped jeans, bloody knee and everything! But I happened to be by myself...I was totally mortified!
i am sorry about the bruise and jeans...but thank God you didn't have a tiny Tiffany's bag in your hand!!!
and i seriously wonder what that looked like from j's point of view!!!!
